Our customer had suffered a leak in their kitchen, which damaged a large portion of their existing flooring. To make matters worse, the original subfloor had been poorly prepared and required proper levelling before new flooring could be laid.

We carefully removed the old floor and allowed the subfloor to fully dry. Once ready, we primed and levelled it to create a flawless base, before installing this elegant Chateau Grey Herringbone LVT.
